We stayed here for 7 days and it was a great little spot. We went in off season when it was colder so we couldn’t use the outdoor pools however the indoor pool was fantastic. The rooms are way bigger than I expected also super clean. Lots of towels and bedding. The arcade was huge and super clean, the playground was ages 5-12 so not great for little ones as it’s high and dangerous. The whole area was clean and quiet, staff are constantly driving around making sure it’s cleaned. The hallway when you enter the building smelt clean as well. Nothing negative to say about the room as it was huge. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and laundry in unit was super convenient. Only be negative thing was we were called every day multiple times a day trying to get talked into their time share presentations. And offered discount tickets if we attended I kindly told them we already have a time share through a family member and they still continued to call every day. It was a little frustrating getting phone calls to the room at 8am on vacation then again at 830 at night and when we didn’t answer the phone they would call our cell phones. Other than that the stay was great and we will be returning in August.

To whom it may concern, I was told that I can get my 40 deposit back if we do not tour. As I was checking in at the resort, I was told that a tour was an option with perks to go along with the tour. The concierge, who was seated at 445pm, closest to the door, asked if I wanted to. I told her that I would book and ask my husband as long as there was no obligation and a refund for the deposit back. She said yes. We understand the business and sales side of timeshare, however I did let her know that we have stayed at Wyndham properties before in Florida and have heard the speech before. Afternoon checking, my husband was not impressed at all with the property therefore saying no to the tour. Although this is a sister site, first impressions are a must. This location is attached to what looks like apartments and is not well kept. There is a building that has spray paint on it making the outside view pretty bad. When a confirmation call was made this morning, I let her know we were. Ot coming and my reason why. She said that when her manager came in she would ask about refund. Again, I am under the professional assumption there was no obligation and a refund would be given. No call was given back to me as stated at 8:15am, so I reached back out at the Great Palms Resort, myrtel beach l, at 11:30am to be told the same thing and that a manger would be back soon and she would ask. Do not go here, dated, and scam for money

This was a very convenient stay for a family of 5. Great size, friendly staff, and overall pretty quiet. The bathroom ceiling fan was hanging down in one of the bathrooms, and there was very generic soap and shampoo and no conditioner. Some of the arcade games ate our kids money which was a bummer. Other than those things, it was great.

Perfect for big groups

We booked 2 of the 2 bedroom villas on short notice for our family vacation of 6 adults and 4 teenagers. We only stayed 2 nights with one being New Years Eve. The resort was peaceful and everything we could have wanted. The villas have plenty of room for everyone. They were well stocked, clean and very comfortable

The stay overall was great! Clean, lots of stuff for the kids to do and lots of amenities right in the villa that were useful (kitchen,washer/dryer,2 bathrooms) … the only thing I would comment on is the amount of times the front desk called our room/cellphones trying to get us to attend a class regarding a time share…. Other than that, everyone was great!

We were really happy with our stay. Our unit was very spacious and really well equipped. It was also incredibly clean, it smelled fresh and clean as soon as we walked in. The beds were super comfortable; we loved that the second bedroom had full-size beds as we would have expected twin beds. The location is great and very close to many eateries but also well situated to many activities. We felt like the resort was the hub and allowed us easy access to Murrells Inlet and all parts of Myrtle Beach. We would definitely stay again.
