The hotel was okay, however, it desperately needs upgrades. The restrooms and flooring especially. I was not comfortable taking a shower. I also did not know pets were allowed until I arrived. I was very itchy while sleeping because I just knew people had their pets in those beds. It is just my personal preference not to be in a hotel that allows pets. Once I learned that pets were allowed, I just knew I would not be comfortable there, and I wasn’t. The other issue was that some of the guests were extremely loud late at night in the adjoining room. This is not the hotel’s fault but those individuals were also smoking illegal drugs that could be smelled out in the hallway. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not very good either. The hotel was definitely not worth $215 per night.

Great location. Not a restful respite.

Great location - restaurants and shopping right outside the door! The place is a little run down - threadbare rugs in entries and hallways. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. What made the stay less pleasant was the noise throughout the room and hotel. The room’s air conditioner noise made me feel like I was on the flightline. The noise of water running through the pipes was annoying. Banging doors completed the experience. I was also not aware that power washing of the exterior was going to be happening during my stay causing some areas to be closed off. I had a cleaner directly outside my 6th floor window when I went to change clothes. One of the elevators (there were only two) was shut down the entire week. Hotels should always make travelers aware of any major maintenance or construction projects. I usually like Hilton properties, but this was subpar.

Very conveniently located at Broadway At The Beach where you have many options for dining, shopping and attractions! We had a flight delay and no toiletries with us so their complimentary items came in handy. The hotel itself was nice. The complimentary breakfast was good and had a variety of options. The room was clean. We have stayed here before and it was just as good.

Airport shuttle was great, room was clean and big. Area around was awesome for kids and not have to rent a car. Front desk woman was a little unprofessional eating food and watching her phone every time I went up. Breakfast was delicious and the staff that works it were amazing and really was attentive.
