No instructions for check in given. You have to register & check in at Embassy Suites hotel. Condo was old & tired. Mirrored doors on closet were off the track every time you opened or closed them. Mismatched furniture. No lighting anywhere near the sofa. Ceilings only 7 foot. Elevators were extremely dark. Linens & bed were good.

I stayed at the Brighton. Overall the property is very pretty and clean. The first night the bed was super uncomfortable woke up in or of pain. I walked over to the Embassy twice for either housekeeping to add another comforter for comfort or can I switch to another room. I was assured someone would come up the first time (housekeeping never showed) I wasted my whole Monday in the hotel room waiting for housekeeping or for a room change ( I was to be called when my room on the 16 th floor was cleaned) I was never called. I gave up around sunset when I realized my comfortability as an older woman with pre existing conditions wasn’t going to get address. I checked out two days later in so more back pain then when I got there. So much for a relaxing vacation. I thought about trying the hot tub in the pool area and that was so dirty I just laid in the sun on the beach. Other than this. This resort is very pretty

The first room we checked into had an issue with the HVAC system but they moved us to a different room and everything was fine. Other than that the stay was good, the amenities are good, and there are lots of things to see and do on the property. I would recommend.

Good stay only problem gave a hundred dollars for parking and resort fees the rest was supposed to be put back on card still hasn't been put back on and it's been a week called they said it was on the bank when it would be put back on and it was clear on there end well we won't be going back there
