We were greeted as soon as we arrived by Anthony, who unloaded our vehicle, took our things up to our room and parked our SUV. He also retrieved our luggage from our room and loaded us up for the return trip. When we met Scott, he was gracious and personable and checked us in, explained where things were and wish that’s a great stay. Our only negative was on Saturday morning when we ordered room service for breakfast we didn’t receive it. Michael shuttled us over to the private beach, gave us towels , and told us to give him a call when we were ready to return. Beautiful spring break getaway. The views were amazing. Gorgeous property! Saturday evening we walked over to Ruth’s Chris and enjoyed a fabulous meal. Thanks, planning to return soon.

The property noted the rooms were "soundproof". However, our room most certainly was NOT soundproof . The entrance door to our room was near the HVAC equipment on a nearby roof, it was so loud, even with our door shut and the TV on. Additionally, you could hear small children both above us, as well as next door. The resort is dated (especially the main building). Mold was apparent on the walls above the elevators at our 4th floor location. The pool area was small but in a quaint sort-of way. Unfortunately both hot tubs, were lukewarm tubs instead. As a plus, the shuttle to the beach was convenient and the beachfront itself was wonderful!

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful weather and grounds to walk around. Bar in the pool area was convenient. The balcony was wonderful! I would have liked a list of things the hotel had to offer and where to find them- my family walked around a bit before we located the pool. I thought I read somewhere that there was beach access but we didn’t see signs or anything (not sure if this was even an option).
