The hotel itself was very nice. Check-in was quick and easy, and check-out was also hassle-free. However, what really surprised me was the cleanliness of the room. The chairs and carpets were extremely dirty, worn out, and full of stains. The room was also dusty—when I shook the sheets, a cloud of dust came up.
In the bathroom, even though the door closed, water still leaked outside, and the shower pressure was terrible. Housekeeping came right on time every day, but even after the sheets were changed, I still found long hairs on them, which was very disappointing.
Although I had booked a water view room, it was not directly facing the water. I had to step out onto the balcony to actually see the view. From inside the room, especially from the bed, all I could see were the windows of other rooms. The temperature of refrigerator wasn't perfect!
