Tämä sviitti sijaitsee lomakeskuksen 6. kerroksessa Myrtle Beachin sydämessä. Lomakeskus on muutaman minuutin päässä Broadwayn rannalta, kongressikeskuksesta, urheilukeskuksesta ja muusta. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu, valmis keittämään aterioita. Oma makuuhuone queen-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone ja parveke. Murphy-vuoteella sijaitsevassa Oceanfront-olohuoneessa on erillinen ovi, joka lukittuu ja jota voidaan käyttää toisena makuuhuoneena. Siellä on myös toinen kylpyhuone, jossa poreallas. Tämä on loistava paikka rannalomaasi.

It was an amazing stay! We have been here in Myrtle Beach the last three years, but the first time at this resort and the home was amazing ! beautifully decorated very clean. The Jacuzzi hot tub was big enough for both my husband and I at the same time which was astounding! The view was great and plenty of room for our guest who came to visit. We appreciated the door between the living room and a private bedroom so when you’ve got company, they can have some privacy. The only drawback of the facility is not having a washer and dryer on site since once we were there for 2 months, but besides that everything else made up for it. Even all of the little gifts like electrolyte drink in the morning, coffee and tea and everything else you needed to get started. Thank you so much! oh and the price? OMG if we could, we would live here every winter. Because it was cheaper than renting an apartment in Wausau, Wisconsin.! Thanks again!

The scenery inside was nicely decorated. The view was Great!I like the fact that it was big enough kitchen to cook in. However the mattresses are so worn out they need to be replaced. They sagged so low, it was uncomfortable to sleep.The living area has a small couch. There is enough room for a full size couch so a couple could stretch out on and snuggle while watching TV. It was uncomfortable trying to fit both of on the small couch.The furniture is in the way about to pull out couch and the Murphy bed. I was disappointed in the "spa / jet hot tub! Only one out of five Jets worked. The adjustments to open them up did not work either.Also the ports where the Jets come out had mold all in them and black specks of mold floated in the water after turning on the tub water.Door on the dresser was broken before we got there. I figured it would be fixed prior to us coming.Also did not like the fact that construction who is taking place close by was not disclosed until after purchase was made! And the fact that you can't get half your money back either.It sounded like a switch and baitby locking me in and I can't get my money back unless I buy the cancellation package which I missed it by day to do so. I'm glad we are able to make it and no mishaps happens to keep us from going.I worked in condo and luxury apartments maintenance. I also have years in sales.I had to double check your process and methods.I thought when I called the local number Id get a local per

The location was perfect; however, this is definitely NOT a luxury property as advertised. This condo needs a serious cleaning, debugging and upgrades. We spent our first night cleaning EVERYTHING! There was mold, roaches, plumbing issues and we believe the microwave lining was rusted, so was unuseable. No contact with the owner, but the property rental company did address some of our minor concerns. Sorry, but i would not recommend unless there was a major upgrade to this property including replacing the furniture, curtains, appliances, painting, mold, plumbing and hiring a good cleaning service. Towels were nasty and had to purchase our own. This was not the 25th anniversary that we envisioned. I hope they are able to make improvements soon.

Pest control needs to kept up with.To utilize the pull down bed you have to rearrange the entire room. Unable to use the pull down bed and the sofa bed at the same time.

Escaping winter

We enjoyed staying here for a month. Having a balcony and enjoying the ocean view and seeing the sun come up every morning, was very nice. Walking the beach or the strip every morning for exercise was a plus.

Stay at your own risk

My husband and I were planning on staying for two weeks for our honeymoon. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to finding cockroaches on the property and in the room. I do have pictures of the one found in the room (unfortunately I can’t post them here). We did not want to risk bring them home with us and we were just really grossed out by it so we left 5 days before our actually check out date. I was hoping to just get a refund for those remaining days but they claimed that they didn’t find any so they would not refund me Just keep this in mind when considering this room for you next vacation.

Great Condo!

Overall we loved the condo. It had enough space for us in bedroom and living room, although not much space in kitchen. If you have dishes on the counter, no room for anything else. Kitchen was well equipped, everything we needed. Great having 2 bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having the 2 balconies. Just wish we could have turned off the air and left the door open to let in some fresh air. What we didn’t like was the tv station selection. They sent someone to look at bedroom tv as the remote wasn’t working. Then the guy (wonderful) checked the living room tv and had to download all the channels for us. Then you have to roam thru all the guides to find what you want then click on it as the remote has no numbers on it. Wish there was washer/dryers in the building instead of having to go next door to the other building. Had a great stay and would definitely go back!

Unit and overall experience was awesome! I did have some concerns after reading the reviews for the resort but none of the issues mentioned applied to this unit. Don’t let them scare you lol. Unit and the building it’s in are exactly as described and a great value! We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Clean Condo!

Communication with the owner was quick and had all the answers to the questions we had. Extremely clean and cupboards were stocked with every dish and cup that we needed through out our stay. Options for parking was also nice as we could park near the beach, the parking lot, or the parking garage. Will definitely be returning.

Great location

We stayed for the long weekend with 6 adults. Enjoyed the pools and beach and walking to restaurants and mini golf. The living room is small when the beds are out but for the cost it’s great.

Outdated place furniture and mattress from the 1950’s . Very dusty, dirty carpet, and the toilet does not flush properly. Would not stay there again very disappointed

Fantastic ocean views from 2 balconies !

Such a lovely, stress free time at this location. The resorts amenities such as the pool and sitting area were clean and fantastic. What I enjoyed the most was the easiest access to the beach/ocean that I've ever had. There was no loud music or obnoxious people to tend with on this side of North Ocean Blvd. We had easy access walking to restaurants and we did choose to drive to The Boardwalk and it was quick to get to.
