This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 23rd floor offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the city skyline, making it the ultimate spot to unwind and soak in the scenery. Recently renovated from top to bottom, this unit blends modern luxury with comfort, featuring sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and contemporary furniture throughout.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. A double-compartment sink, abundant counter space, and a gorgeous tile backsplash make cooking a pleasure. There's also bar seating for four, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee while watching the waves.

The living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with a large couch, loveseat, coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. Step through the glass sliding doors onto one of the private balconies and enjoy unobstructed ocean views, the perfect spot for sunset cocktails or a morning coffee.

Both bedrooms feature cozy queen-sized beds and large windows that frame the sparkling Atlantic or cityscape. The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go-karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.

Awesome condo

Had to change places last minute and found this condo. Awesome place with great communication from the management. Great rates and all amenities. Would definitely recommend and we would surely look to stay here again.

We booked the reservation through your company and not sure how Casago got involved but they’re a very unorganized company!! When we checked in we couldn’t even get extra towels they not us we have to deal with the rental company? The property is very old and out dated and needs a total facelift and a deep clean! We also requested a frying pan for the room and never got one!! You should not let them represent you

Fabulous Condo, sketchy neighborhood

The condo was just as pictured and very clean and comfortable but from the balcony we were able to watch homeless people fighting and having EMS and police come 2 of the 4 days we were there at the property next door.The pools were nice and not too crowded. Beach access was great. We loved the full-time security on the property as well. The building is very old and smells wet and moldy but it was clean. There are 3 remotes for the one television in the living room and none of them worked so we had to download Roku on our phones in order to control the tv. Having televisions in the bedrooms would be the icing on the cake for this condo!We love Myrtle Beach

Great spot for two couples!

We had a difficult time finding a spot for two couples, and the penthouse at The Palace fit the bill. We had one small issue and the property management company came and fixed it immediately. We enjoyed that there was plenty of room for the four of us to sit on the couch together.

AMAZING

The place is exactly as listed. The place is just beautiful. There is not one thing I could say bad about this awesome place. Everything from entry to the building to the lobby to even the Elevators where extremely clean and SMELLED GOOD :) I have been to other places that it was just awful to get on the Elevators to get to the room they smelled and was so nasty you was scared to touch anything. This place went well beyond what I expected. The room was Spacious, inviting and relaxing! The contact with the Property Managers was extremely easy and friendly which made a very big impression as well.. I would totally recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in a nice relaxing and enjoyable area. I will be staying again for sure!

Great place to stay!

Place was as described. Clean, great view, comfortable beds. I am always cold and there were no extra blankets in the condo. There were also some issues with the elevator taking forever, especially on the weekend. Since this is the penthouse, taking the stairs isn't an option. There were beach chairs in a closet which was nice. Overall it is a nice place to stay and I would stay here again if in the area.
