Horrible experience. Only one person working the front desk. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm . We waited in line for 3 hours until we got our room. It was 7 pm . The line was ridiculous. They need to hire staff. And when we got to our room it was dirty .

Stayed here for 2 nights while I was traveling. It was average at best. Pros- friendly staff, close to beach, close to local restaurants + easy to walk from place to place, room + bed were decent size, and my room was clean (housekeeping comes every 5 days- keep that in mind) Cons- Parking is basically across the street and a half block away, it is a little old and run down, doesn’t feel the safest, the pool + hot tub + “lazy river” are not really up and running like they should be. Also my patio door didn’t open so I couldn’t even sit outside? (Either that or I just couldn’t figure it out lol..) But decent for the price.

Great location, but a couple issues: Our room had no blanket and no rod to hang clothes. Our neighbors next door smoked pot at all hours, which wafted into our room from the balcony as well as the hallway. We had headaches for 2 days.

Great location and friendly front desk staff. This is an old building with new paint. I saw a review about floors in room being sticky and dirty bathroom towels. That was all true. I cleaned floors with Clorox wipes attached to my shoes.(before my husband entered room. Purchase wash cloths and towels from Walmart. Had to take out my own trash! I wasn’t able to get any supplies (tissue, trash bags etc), again thanks Walmart. There was a man sleeping behind one of the pillar in the garage and was even in the hot tub. Enjoyed the beach and bikers weekend Will find a better place to stay next visit…

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Don’t stay here even if the price looks nice. I “checked in” early and my room wasn’t cleaned, all beds and towels were dirty and there was even underwear and cigarettes left behind. Trash was left everywhere. I went downstairs and talked to the front desk lady and she told me the room wasn’t ready but would be at 4. We came back at 4:10 and the check in line was out the door. The reason for the delay was apparently no clean rooms. People who checked in the day before told us that it was the same the day before so it’s not a one time thing. I waited over 2 hours and they gave me the same room asking me to check if it was clean now. It was the same as before, dirty. I came back down and had to wait over an hour. Other guest came down stating their rooms were dirty. It got to the point, a guest took the cleaning cart and cleaned their room themselves. The front desk lady for the evening did her best with the chaos but it’s a shame she couldn’t get in contact with anyone the whole time this happened. I ended up getting a refund. Again, save yourself and don’t stay here.

Whole place looks run down. Very outdated, wood furniture badly chipped, wall art half broken, very dark even with lights on, patio curtains looks like it was drug through the mud, towel racks rusted. I literally sleep on top of the covers with a drying towel. I did not see any bugs but it just did seem clean.

The staff was very nice but the quality of the rooms were terrible especially for the price. The bathtub was clogged and the water wouldn’t get hot, the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable, and the comforters weren’t actually comforter they were very thin.

I’m going to ask for a full refund because it was not cleaned there were not towels the bath tub had hair in it the key wasn’t working for the door the couch was filthy and there were no soap in all three cointainers

Check in was over an hour. Employee checking in people left right in the middle of checking in someone said she had to go leaving Renique herself with a line out the door. When you finally got to the desk rooms weren’t ready. Only bright spot was Renique. She stayed professional and pleasant and did her best. I tipped her because of this.

I did not stay at the property the pictures from the site when I booked and how it looked when I got there was totally different the room had a bad stench and was not on the beachfront in fact I couldn’t see the beach at all. The floor in the room i was in was very dirty i was walking in white socks and when i looked at the bottom they where black from the dirty floor,face cloths had stains on them like they had been washed without bleach
