The pools and lazy river were dirty, and there was always either a pool or hot tub closed. Restaurant on site was never open, staff was rude and unhelpful. Elevators were malfunctioning and when staff was alerted, nothing was done. Housekeeping entered our room using our room code, without knocking or alerting us in any way. Balconies were cracking and sagging, water running from ac units causing mold and water damage. I stayed here just a year ago, and had a great experience so I decided to go back and was very disappointed. Beds were comfy and room was clean, though.

I need my deposit back on my card. I was gonna use that on the way home for gas... had to ask for dishes for the kitchen. Had to take dorty towels down to front desk in order to get clean ones. No on checked or cleaned and stocked room while we stayed there

The staff and accommodations were great, indoor pools were shut down part of the time and if you need cookware or towels you have to ask for those at the front desk, no big deal. The keycards were having issues but the staff helped each time. The pool had some debris from a windstorm but it was cleaned up quickly. I enjoyed the stay and my kids loved it.

Our room was filthy and things were broken. The staff was rude. I was unable to get a new room, someone to come clean it (it obviously wasn’t cleaned before we got it, and they wouldn’t refund me completely. Also the smoke detector ls were ripped off and disabled. Pubic hair on the toilet seat, dirty sheets, used wash clothes, disgusting fridge.. the list goes on. The health department probably needs to go inspect the place. Also the amenities that made us want to stay there were out of order including the hot tubs, lazy river etc. we ended up getting a different hotel after the first night because I didn’t want my kids to be exposed to whatever was in that room.

This place REALLY needs to be updated BAD! Sofa had stains on it. Coffee table was awful looking. The “sliding” glass door to the balcony didn’t slide. You had to almost lift it up off the tracks to get it to slide. TVs in both rooms were really small. No bedspread/comforter on the bed. We could every word our neighbors were saying. And they were talking normal. Not impressed at all! They need to have what the rooms actually really look like on the website. Only thing really good about this place is the ladies at the front desk and the view we had! You know what they say “You pay for what you get” Well next time we will kick out a little more to stay somewhere nicer. But like I said the ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional!
