Hotel was average. The walls were paper thin though and we could hear everything going on in the room next to us, the hallway and upstairs banging. The fitness room is very small, suite shop was overpriced but I guess that is to be expected. Continental breakfast was just okay. Pool was too crowded to use but it was school vacation week. Our window view was of the trail park next door. Otherwise, great location near the highway and aquarium. Service was fine. Probably would find somewhere a bit nicer to stay next time but for the 1 night we spent it was fine.

Noisy - some pros mostly cons

The walls were paper thin, children running down the hallways all hours. Have quiet hours posted everywhere but don’t enforce them. Doors slam shut constantly. The breakfast was good, free cookies, coffee, tea and had a cocoa bar. Gym was ok some equipment was broken. Guy at desk was rude when i brought the remote down because it was broken. Very noisy. Lots of families with children.

No hot water for showers, shampoo dispenser empty room was probably not cleaned correctly, extremely few channels on tv. Worse was the dog poop all around property and no bags in dispenser. Room what plenty of room and bed was comfortable. Staff made excuses but I guess that’s what they were told. Very disappointed.

Great stay every time.

Everything- location, breakfast options, quality bed and pillows, ease of check in, spacious room, shower and towels quality. I stay here every time I’m in the area. It’s pet friendly and there’s one wing on the first floor near entrances to gym and pool that are for pet people. Easy in and out. Highly recommend!
