The man at the front desk was really helpful and nice. Everyone we met was friendly, staff and guests. I didn't realize how the hotel was directly across from the aquarium and the all cute shops! I knew we were close, so that's a bonus. Food and drinks were good at the restaurant in the hotel.

I checked into my first room and found the door open, so I returned to the front desk. The second room’s keys didn’t work, and there were dirty towels outside the door. In the third room, I discovered blood on the bathroom door.

Such a great location for a quick getaway with kids. We loved being able to walk to the aquarium and Olde Mystic Village. The hotel’s pool was great, especially at night when they put on movies. The front desk staff was accommodating and helpful. The hotel even had snacks put out for kids each afternoon and a room where they could do art/coloring.

I was woken up at 8:15am by Maintenace to come in and check the fire alarm. When I asked what was wrong, they could not give me an explanation. Check out is at 11am but a lady knocked on my door 3 times before 11am to see if I was still in the room. I told her initially I was checking out at 11am so I am not sure why she continued to knock on my door but definitely not the service I expect from a Hilton hotel.
