The property was very well kept. The pillows in the rooms were a little flat and our room door we had to pull the door closed hard because it got stuck. Other than that, everything was great

This wasn't a true Hilton Hilton has coffee 24 hours a day seven days a week this did not there's no hot water there's no getting decaf or regular coffee unless you pay for it and even then I don't even know if they had it except in the restaurant was told room would be cleaned every other day I walked back into my room the second day the blanket was half thrown on the bed the rest of the room wasn't clean when I brought it to the front desk I was told that they would send somebody then about an hour later was told that the reason why they didn't clean my room is cause my Personal pillows were on the bed my nephew was staying in another room and his maid didn't seem to have any problems folding and making their bed with her my nieces blanket and pillow on their bed so I don't understand why my bed was not made the staff itself was very unhelpful I called three days before we got there to ask if there was an area where me and my family could sit and have dinner that we brought in I was told no that there wasn't any sort place when I got there I saw people sitting in the lobby having breakfast not from the restaurant just breakfast they brought in from Chick-fil-A or Wendy's or McDonald's or wherever they brought it in from when I asked the lady at the front desk at that point she's like oh yeah you can sit in those table tables OK well I spent three days stressing and wanting to change my reservation to the Hampton Inn because I knew they at least had a breakfast area because

I thought breakfast was included but it’s not. It’s not really a big deal. Everything is clean and comfortable. The Lobby has nice places to lounge. There’s a beautiful shopping village across the street.

The overall room was fantastic, plenty of room for 4 of us. The room was clean and had plenty of toiletries for our family. Check in was fast and easy got our room right away. The bar and restaurant were a great way to end the night. The kids loved the hotel store and how easy it was get around from the hotel. The location is perfect for the Aquarium because its walking distance from there. There is also the winter shopping village across the street and Starbucks which my kids loved as well. Excellent family location for mini vacation

Overall, the Hilton in Mystic is a beautiful hotel with great amenities, and its location near Olde Mistick Village and the Aquarium is incredibly convenient. Unfortunately, our room itself felt outdated, and we experienced several issues. Our toilet was not working properly, and even after notifying the front desk twice and having the engineering team attempt repairs, it still wouldn’t flush as it should. Additionally, our sheets had stains and required two calls to the front desk before they were finally changed. I’m hoping this was just a streak of bad luck, as the property has a lot of potential. I would consider giving this hotel another try in the future.

Heather at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. Had great local suggestions which is always a plus. The breakfast was great as well. The hotel was very clean and fun for the kids. The bunk beds were a major hit.
