When we arrived around 3 nobody was at the desk… stink around for like 5 mins… started walking around and found an employee who was heading to the desk… he apologized and checked in the people in front of us then us… Room was nice and clean… toilet wouldn’t stop running. Then wouldn’t flush at all… this was around 8:30 pm. Call to the front desk said they’d come look at it. Came 15 minutes later and said chain broke off stopper… asked if we wanted another room or if we just wanted to stay there until morning without a working toilet. Of course chose other room. Had to pack all our stuff and move across the hall. No real apology or anything from attendant. No apology or acknowledgement or anything during checkout.

I had requested a joining room with my family , they even called that day to tell us we had them , we we arrived we did not received them & said nothing was in their notes- whole second floor stunk of weed- one elevator was not ideal for us since we were almost the last room in the second floor - will not be returning

Clean room. Nice front desk staff. Very no frills minimal accommodations. Breakfast was not good at all. There should be better quality foods and selections for price I paid. If room next to you is noisy, you can hear it. But for our stay, it was quiet at night. Ample parking for guests. Closeby to many amenities. Safe area.
