The room is spacious, it’s close to different bus stops. Not too close to the train stations and if you are carrying big suitcases, it might be a bit of a walk and up the stairs from platform to ground floor. Overall, a pleasant and convenient spot to explore Nagoya.

We had a great stay here. Our son forgot his favorite stuffed animal in the room when we checked-out, so we emailed the staff after returning home to Osaka. The housekeeping staff was able to find it, and had it sent back to us right away. We are so thankful for their prompt service, going above and beyond to reunite our child with his beloved stuffy.

Fantastic stay at the Hilton Nagoya. The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and just made my stay incredibly pleasant. The breakfast and dinner buffets are so delicious, with so many options to choose from. The hotel has a great gym, which kept me motivated to workout on vacation. 10/10 experience!

We stayed as a family of three at the Hilton Nagoya and had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of both Western and Japanese options. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. Overall, a comfortable and family-friendly stay—would definitely return!
