The front desk stuff was hustling me to charge me in Kenya shillings when I didn’t even ask for it. She tried to convenience me her rate was better. When I refused she was very rude . The server named Emily at the breakfast place was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t want us to sit anywhere besides the table she choose for us. She pushed me and directed me to seat at some random table. She went to her co worker to gossip about me thinking I didn’t understand Swahili. She didn’t even want to serve me coffee she was serving everyone else in that room besides us. She was extremely rude.
The room cleaners in the hall way making such loud noise and have a loud conversation at 7am while you are trying to sleep. I had to tell them few times to please be quiet. They still didn’t care they were just been loud. The ladies steam room does not work. I was there over 5 days they never fixed it and every time you call they say they are working on it. It’s not worth staying here. The amount of money you spend and the terrible service you get you are better off staying in a different hotel. Above all the cooks in the breakfast place were very nice and kind.
