Poor attention to detail

Hotel is lovely and in a good location, but poor attention to detail given the price point. No wine offered upon check in (but offered to others), room not finished being cleaned from last guests when we got to it. Friends had chocolates on bed, we did not. TV not working. No query about whether we’d enjoyed our stay. Service could be easily improved which would transform the stay as amenities were good.

We stayed for one night, and it was a fantastic experience. The Archer is a beautiful hotel with an incredibly accommodating staff. The rooftop spa and fitness center were well-equipped and provided a perfect way to start the day. Its location is ideal—within walking distance of the river and all the amazing restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again!
