Great front desk staff. Hotel is very nice. Loved the rooftop deck areas and the spa - great service at the spa. The room is good, a bit dark and the curtains were a bit dirty. Lower bed frame in need of some fixing. Bathroom is good, but housekeeping did not re-supplying soaps and such. Nice scent for the hand lotion.

We enjoyed our time here. It is a great location and the rooftop bar is very popular and it is a nice view. The welcome glass of rose is a nice touch. It was my second time here. Wish I would have read the room size a bit closet as this time was a much smaller room and it was a little hard for my husband and I to take work calls at same time. Also do be prepared as there are a lot of non guests who come to enjoy the rooftop bar which can make the elevators a little busy at times.
