Located just one mile up Main Street from downtown Napa, you'll find the Carriage House not only comfortable and quiet but also convenient to town and the wineries of Napa Valley. For reservations of 2 nights or more, enjoy complimentary Venge Cabernet Sauvignon in the Carriage House and free tasting at its beautiful Napa winery!
There’s an amazing outdoor area and fire pit for you to relax and take in the great Napa weather. Located close to world class restaurants, tasting rooms, coffee shops, parks, and shopping. The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, electric griddle, sautee pan, toaster, microwave, coffee/tea provided.

Tom and Judy were welcoming and gracious. The cottage was perfect! Comfortable cozy clean beautifully decorated as a carriage house. Great location and tucked back behind a gorgeous old farmhouse. Definitely would like to stay here again.

Beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood. The hosts are wonderful, they went out of their way to help us and directed us to great places to visit in Napa. It felt like home away from home! We will absolutely be back again!

Uncork a great stay in Napa!

A perfect location for exploring Napa with several great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The carriage house is very comfortable and an evening glass of wine on the patio was the perfect nightcap. We will definitely be checking availability during future visits!

We loved our stay at this quiet oasis. The owners were welcoming and take a lot of care with the beautiful Gardens and outdoor amenities. Our cottage was Pinterest-cute and a nice cool place to relax at the end of long days exploring the area. We will be back!

Prepare to Relax and Spoil Yourself!

Tom's property was such a sweet gem to find in Napa! The location was very quiet and the property grounds were absolutely beautiful! You can tell that the property has been well cared for over the years and they great attention to every detail on the property. We were visiting to tour the Napa wineries for the first time and loved how they incorporated grape vines outside the window and an old grapevine above the head of the bed to keep with the wine country theme along with some books about wine on the bookshelf. We were able to chat briefly with Tom and he was so kind and welcoming and told us some of the history of their property. It was such a pleasure and we would absolutely LOVE to return again. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Cozy and warm!

Beautiful cottage furnished with love by Tom and Judy. The room had everything we needed and more. It was well equipped to cozy up and enjoy a quick meal before bedtime or breakfast before we headed out to explore Napa. The beds were super comfortable and Tom even answered my request at 730 am for more towels. He generously shared persimons as well. If you're looking for a quaint place close to wineries but also very economical this is the place!

Charming Carriage House

This was our fist time in Napa and the Carriage House was the perfect place to stay. Very comfy and charming and the outdoor areas are just beautiful! Great location

The Farmhouse on Main Street was very clean, and the bed and linens excellent. The location was central to all the wineries we chose to visit and the town of Napa. We were surprised to find that there was not a working stove top or oven. The listing and photographs suggested that there is a fully operational kitchen in the Carriage. There is not. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here.

This property was beautiful, they had a shared patio area to enjoy in the evening and the location was within walking distance of so many amazing restaurants and the waterfront! Host was friendly and communicative. We also enjoyed the cat that lived on the property, very friendly.
