Our cozy and private 270 sq ft unit, perfect for travelers looking for a hotel-like experience. Our unit has its own private entrance and is separated from the adjacent unit by double locked doors, providing you with the privacy and security you need during your stay.

Please note that, as with any building, you may hear some noise from the neighbors. However, we have taken steps to ensure that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The pool is now open for you to enjoy during your stay.

There is also an EV charger on the parking lot for you to recharge your electric vehicle. It is a Level 2, Tesla-only 220-volt, 12-35 mph charger.

Our unit is like a hotel room (a spacious studio without a kitchen), with its own private entrance and double locked doors separating it from the adjacent unit. It is 270 square feet in size and is just a 4-5 minute walk from the parking lot.

Located on the Silverado Trail, our property offers quick and easy access to downtown Napa, Yountville, and a variety of world-class wineries. The studio is located on the first floor and features a comfortable king-size bed with a high-end memory mattress, a cute table with 2 chairs, and a large TV with international channels (cable TV). The studio is equipped with air conditioning and a heater and has two vertical windows in the bedroom. There is plenty of storage for longer stays and a fully remodeled bathroom with an Italian tile shower and a stone countertop sink.

Outside, you'll find two outdoor chairs and a patio where you can enjoy your Napa wine on a very private lawn. The unit will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and will have fresh bedding and towels.

Our professionally managed studio offers a range of guest amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and an unassigned parking space for one vehicle. We are not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa, so you will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the resort charges its guests. Instead, you'll benefit from a very competitive price (up to 50% discount!) while still having access to some of the resort's amenities that are open to the public, such as The Market and Bakery, the Pro Shop, Spa, The Grill Restaurant, The Mansion Lounge, and the Spa Cafe

Super easy check-in/out. You will receive a code to open/close the front door at your own convenience.

Pool availability and conditions are subject to change from the club.

The resort has standard water heaters and you will need to wait a moment for hot water.


We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To maintain a high standard of service for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. Please note that the fees listed below only apply to violations and are separate from any pre-arranged agreements for early check-in or late check-out:
Damaged Towels: $200
Unauthorized Early Check-in (Before 4 PM): $200 per hour
Unauthorized Late Check-out (After 11 AM): $200 per hour
Smoking (including cigarettes or vaping): $1,000
Undisclosed Guests: $250 per guest per night
Undisclosed Pet: $500 per night, per pet
Please be aware that if you have already arranged and paid for early check-in or late check-out, you are not subject to the above fees. These charges only apply if check-in or check-out times are not pre-arranged.

Important Check-in Information
To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, all guests are required to select one of the following options before check-in:
Option 1: $500 Refundable Security Deposit – A card imprint only (no funds taken upfront), securely processed in EUR by our trusted third party, Swikly.
Option 2: $79 Damage Waiver – A non-refundable option covering up to $500 in accidental damages, with no security deposit required.
These options will be available after booking through our online check-in form. This must be completed prior to check-in to receive your access details.
