Nice, but not a winner

Very quaint. Shower was terrible. Hot Water varied all over the place in temperature, the water barely dribble out The promised breakfast service never appeared. I left at 7:30 and still nothing set out.

Elm House Inn Review

Plus - friendly staff, clean, fairly good breakfast. Minus - no room in bathroom to put tolitries (the pedestal sink didn’t have room). Control for shower was in poor repair (we couldn’t make some adjustments, but it didn’t seem to work completely and looked like it might break). No nightstand on one side of the bed. Often had to jiggle toilet handle to get it to stop filling.

Great Value

Charming, no-frills inn close to downtown Napa and 29. I enjoyed the breakfast and hot tub. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet and pleasant stay.
