Get away from the cold and stay in this recently updated twin home that includes a screened porch with seating area, yard, bikes, ROKU smart TV and WIFI. Mercato new shopping area, movie, Wholefoods Market and restaurants less than 1 mile away!

Sit down and relax after spending a day exploring Naples, fishing at the Pier or laying at the beach. Charming 2 bedroom 1 bathroom beach home that is cooled with a through the wall ac unit in the living room. Bedroom one is furnished with a queen size bed in one bedroom and bunk beds in the other with queen size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Bathroom with towels and essentials. Also you will save money with the convenience of making your own meals. We offer WIFI, Roku smart TV, and a comfy couch for TV watching

I will only interact with guests if needed as I want to respect their privacy. However I still need to do maintenance on the property so depending on the length of stay I may need to mow the lawn or access the shed. Highly responsive to email or text. I will be in Austin, Texas on my ranch :) but you can reach me anytime!
