Yes we were put in a handicapped room with a broken shower head and leaking shower. Maintenance did put in a new shower head but the dripping shower was never repaired despite reporting it to the front desk. Maid service repeatedly forgot shampoo or coffee or water. Very disappointing.

Room 111 should not be rented out. It’s across from the lobby/front desk, shares a wall with the lobby bathrooms, and the band set up for the outside deck bar is outside the room’s window. No warning or discounted price despite the circumstances, which the hotel staff is well aware of and mentioned everyone who has that room complains. 4 sleepless nights due to constant noise from flushing toilets, guest activity, front desk communications, doors banging, and maintenance work ongoing.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
