I appreciate the exceptional ambiance my husband and I experienced. From the moment we entered the premises, we were treated to warm hospitality by Rebecca and Tracey. Their customer service was genuine and impressive. We love to laugh! The hotel decor was impeccable and the room, extremely spacious and clean. The toiletries were of high quality and exceptional. I booked this hotel because I’ve never been to Naples, and I’m getting Married in June 2025. It was also my mom’s birthday and Mother’s Day weekend. When we got to the property it was excellent customer service and our room was cute, cozy, and stylish! Perfect for a quick getaway! We loved it so much we’re thinking about making this trip an annual mommy daughter trip! The free breakfast was great to enjoy as well and it was delicious with great variety. I highly recommend this hotel!

We have stayed here several times and love the unique atmosphere and friendly staff. The chef brought our dinner out and was delightful to talk with. And then we had a server named Ximene who was hands down the best server we have ever had. Funny and entertaining, but spot- on with her service. The staff really made our dinner special. Thank you!

I’m not one to write reviews but I must give credit when credit is due. Staff were phenomenal!!! Ximena was the waitress a few of the evening and she was one of the best waitresses I have ever had. Every guest there said the same. We would definitely be staying here again.

The room was described as a handicap room with a stall shower and a handheld showerhead and that was not the case. It was stall shower with just a fixed showerhead and I could not stay there so we canceled that hotel and we went somewhere else
