I had a very pleasant experience with my girlfriend there. The staff was very friendly and professional, the room was very spacious it looked like it slightly needed some upgrades but overall it was good. The pool was excellent big enough for everyone to enjoy themselves even though due to the weather we couldn’t enjoy it much . Overall we had a great experience highly recommend the place

I typically don’t complain and go with the flow. Worst mattress ever. Body aches. Cleaning people not reliable / had to chase them down. It’s unfortunate because this property itself has a lot to offer and some great people - kimgen the server as well as her partner at the bar - didn’t catch his name. Hyatt can do better. Buy some decent mattresses, train your cleaning people, reward the ones actually working.

Enjoyed the stay. Room was clean with balcony and Marina view which was nice. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. The walk to 5th Avenue shopping and dining was a little farther than expected. So not as convenient as I had hoped. Although it was self parking in garage there was a $25 per day charge.

This place became very dirty. Rooms nasty,the floor no clean, 2 towels provided for a suit room, no shower gel, no cover for the couch. Breakfast area dirty the windows dirty, food cold. This was the 4th time staying in this place and see a huge difference on service and conditions.

Room was clean. Staff was nice and attentive. Pool was big with a hot tub. Great restaurants within walking distance. However, we paid for a room with a water view. It’s a 3 story building. We were given a room on the 1st floor looking over a dock. But with a large sign with rules and water safety information on it, right in the middle of our “view”. Breakfast looked great but eggs, meat and potatoes were cold. The toaster wouldn’t toast! The craziest thing is the hotel is directly in the flight path of the Naples airport. Private jets are taking off and landing all day, roaring right over the hotel, literally only a few hundred feet over it.
