Naples Grande Beach Resort offers 474 accommodations with iPod docking stations and a safe. Rooms open to balconies. Beds feature premium bedding. Fridges and coffee/tea makers are provided. Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower with a deep soaking bath, designer toiletries, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers.

Flat-screen televisions come with premium digital channels and pay-per-view films. Business-friendly amenities include desks and complimentary newspapers, as well as telephones; local and long-distance calls are complimentary (restrictions may apply). Additionally, rooms include an iron/ironing board and blackout curtains. Microwaves, in-room massages and hypo-allergenic bedding can be requested. Housekeeping is provided on a daily basis.

15 outdoor tennis courts and complimentary bicycles are featured at the resort. 3 outdoor swimming pools are on site along with Access to hot tub. Other recreational amenities include a waterslide, a sauna and a 24-hour fitness centre.

Every staff member was kind and helpful. Always smiling. Rooms ready on time. We have stayed here several times and there's not a bad view at this resort! The pool and slide are great! The pool bar food is amazing!!!! The trolley to the beach is the best ever! The drivers are so fun too! The best of all worlds here, sun, sea, sand, super clean pool!

This property has a beautiful location. We loved walking/ riding the boardwalk to the beach. The pool was nice and the waterslide kept the kids busy. However, our bathroom in our room was dirty. My son lifted the toilet seat and there was urine & hair under it. Also, (I know it’s Florida) but a roach was behind the trash can. Reported to the resort and they avoided my call numerous times & denied compensation. Never again!

Great resort overall. Clean, entertainment options and plenty food and drink options. Would like more options for younger kids and some minor upgrades needed to the carpet in the room. But overall great and will be coming back soon.

This place was great, I would give it 5 stars but I was charged for things that were included on my reservation such as parking, and I also had resort credit included in my stay that was never applied to my final bill. Outside of that it was an awesome stay we had a great time, great location and wonderful resort. Just pay attention to your bill as they clearly don't.

My 9th Stay at Naples Grande

This was easily my 9th stay at The Naples Grand. I love the place. The restaurant options on site are all very good. Admittedly I do ask for a room at the end of the hall, but I have never heard ANY noises that were invasive. There's a boardwalk that is a lovely walk down to the beach .... and there is the option to take an electric cart down to the beach. There's a simple restaurant at the beach and beach chairs and umbrellas. Running downstairs for a really good breakfast is a lovely convenience within the hotel.

It was a beautiful hotel and with flowers and trees. The staff was unbelievably kind, helpful, informative,. We were treated like a king and queen, were able to find out what were the best things to do and placed to go and helped with any problems promptly and were given special help for a situation we had. If we come back to Florida it definitely be this hotel.
