Naples Grande Beach Resort offers 474 accommodations with iPod docking stations and a safe. Rooms open to balconies. Beds feature premium bedding. Fridges and coffee/tea makers are provided. The air conditioner in our room was not working properly. It was quite hot in the room. I did speak to the manager and they gave me a credit, however, I want to stay for the 4th of July but I can’t risk another sleepless night!

The property was lovely and check-in was quick; however, the restaurant service was unfortunately slow and inattentive, with a 45-minute wait for a pizza and the same wait for three glasses of water. This occurred during both lunch and dinner.

Second stay at Naples Grande and this visit was just as good as the last time 9 years earlier. The grounds are beautiful, beach is relaxing and well maintained and staff across the board were pleasant and accommodating. The rooms and common areas of the hotel were spacious and quite clean.The food was also excellent from breakfast to dinner. We intend to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
