The staff is so friendly, professional, and attentive, they go out of their way to make feel welcomed. Hotel is overall pleasant, many different dinning options. Views from the room are incredible!!! The trolley attendants are so much fun. Can’t wait to go back!

The hotel is not updated. Rooms are clean but old. Broken vanities. Broken locks. It looks like time stopped at 1984. The other thing is that this is NOT a beach resort. It is not located on the beach. It’s 10 mins drive (gulf cart) to the beach and when you arrive to the beach you can pay EXTRA for umbrellas and chairs. However the place was clean and the staff was nice trying to help with every issue

Staff was so helpful and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Upgraded to higher floor. Room was nicely decorated. Beach is walkable, maybe half a mile, if you don’t want to wait for the tram that runs continuously but only seats 7-8. Nice pool area with separate pool and jacuzzi for adults. Great place to stay in Naples. Highly recommend.

Room for improvement

Valet was quick and very attentive, check in was easy, the room itself needed some improvements there was stains on the chairs the bath curtain didn’t cover completely, the sink drains make weird noises. Also I had a blower outside the door due to I assume water leakage. The pool was nice but once it got full it took forever to get drinks and food, sometimes are server would forget out order.
