The good/great: property looks lovely and high end, is in a nice shopping area with multiple restaurant and even a market that sets up on Saturdays across the street, two restaurants on site, and updated bathrooms, high end feel upon entrance. Nice staff. The bad: the room smelled of mold/mildew and felt damp and needs to be handled.

I’ve had consistently good experiences with most of the team here—friendly, efficient, and helpful. However, my visits are often undermined by the front desk white male associate on certain shifts. The pattern is the same: no greeting, curt or dismissive responses when I ask basic questions, and visible impatience when I need help. This tone sets the mood for the entire visit and makes it uncomfortable to request service. On days when this person is working, I leave feeling frustrated; when others are at the desk, the experience is excellent. I’m leaving this feedback because the overall operation is strong and worth returning to. Coaching on greeting, tone, and follow-through at the front desk would make a big difference.

Awful musty old odor. I complained and they offered to change rooms, but all rooms would have same musty odor. Night before Che k out there was a power drill noise all night/overnight. Front desk claimed no one had access to the room. There were workmen in the hallway and there definitely was someone working in the next room overnight. The ala cart for morning coffee was not staffed Monday morning.

Rooms were spacious & was very clean. Loved the refrigerator size. Great idea to have a common use microwave in the ice room. That came in handy.
