This is a great location. It has a nice pool and Caribbean style restaurant overlooking the lake. Situated next to the Promenade which has several restaurants and upscale shopping.

Next to a great shopping / dining area. Bar & restaurant in hotel good too. It’s a great spot but the rooms need a total overhaul but bathrooms have been updated and are good. Think the ventilation has a mold issue. Both my husband and I had breathing/ coughing issues every night when in room. Fine during day when went out. A shame because it could be great.

Front desk staff needs “friendly” classes.

Everything was great (fantastic location, clean, convenient etc. ) The ONLY negative is the front desk staff. They are not friendly. They are not welcoming. Not a good start for your stay. Even when I checked out, the gentleman did say hello (shocking) but never asked “how was your stay?” It won’t keep me from staying there again but they need to do better.

The lobby was very nice. Our room smelled musty and the air conditioning was inadequate. The pool area was nice however you could smell GAS. When we brought it to the front desk they said it was okay to smell gas. The front desk was not very helpful. The breakfast bar help and housekeeper were good.

Front desk staff not very friendly. Not enough seating at pool and gas smell was continual and much too strong smelling. When inquiring about it at the front desk, was told the smell was from the pool filter. The smell was so unpleasant, that I could not really stay.

Beautiful upgrades

We had an emergency situation and were relieved to be able to book a room the same day. The accommodations are very nice, particularly the upgrades to the bathroom since our stay in 2021.
