Very sparse. No shower caps limited tissues. After purchasing a yogurt I was given a fork to eat it as they”ran out of spoons”. After paying in fullI was also told $100 additional dollars would be held for seven to ten days!!

My son was going by himself on this trip. I (his father) called the hotel to make sure they let him in, because he is under 21 years old. The lady on the phone told me that he will have no problems to check in. I asked her several time to make sure and I know the rules. She confirmed several times that everything is going to be fine and no problems. My son was on the phone with me and heard all our conversation. His flight got delayed and he arrived at the hotel 2am and very tired from all day travel. The hotel has no notes about my request and no notes about conversation on the phone. They didn’t let my son go to the room and he was asked to sleep in the lobby. This is unacceptable! I tried today to call hotel and talked to them about it. No communication back whatsoever… None of your requirements mentioned in my review. If you don’t want to post it, this is on you!
