Never stayed here before or in Nashville. Valet Parking was the most polite and patient employees in the whole hotel. I went up to check in - no smile or instruction or anything. I had to ask about where to park how to get my bags up how to get to my room. I just feel like she didn’t really want to be there. You pass the desk several times in and out. So smiles or have a nice day.

The room was not very clean and had a nasty smell. The paint needed to be touched up. The hotel is overpriced for the quality. They only offer valet parking and it is $50 plus tax and tip! Not worth it!

Great location to Broadway, friendly staff. We stayed 2 nights. The first night, our room carpet by the entrance door and bathroom started feeling wet. By morning, it was SOPPING wet. The maintenance staff brought an industrial LOUD fan to try to dry it up… didn’t work. The maintenance guy actually ended up just walking in without knocking while I was only wearing a towel! Needless to say we were moved to another room. Other than that… bar staff was great and hotel was nice.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. OUr room had issues--the shower did not work properly, the bathroom doors were cumbersome at best, and the wall outlet in the sink area isn't secure properly to the wall.
