The room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had a great variety of delicious options. The airport shuttle made getting to and from the hotel a breeze. Plus, the fitness center and pool were clean and inviting. Highly recommend!

Room was in good condition and staff was very friendly. However, I was disappointed in the quality of taste in the breakfast. I have been an avid Embassy fan since a small child, and mainly because of the breakfast. The quality of breakfast has changed. Its not bad, its just...okay.

Overall a great stay for the price we paid! We especially loved the made to order omelettes at breakfast and the complimentary happy hour and snacks in the evenings. Live music during happy hour was a bonus! We did have an issue with our room not cooling our first night. However, hotel staff was quick to come fix the air once we reported it to the front desk. We felt like the bathroom was really small for a room that accommodated our family of 6, but we made it work with the small kitchenette sink and additional outlets and mirrors in the room.

Clean room, staff was very friendly and attentive to guest needs. Breakfast buffet was very good along with the made to order omelets. Ive stayed at this Embassy Suites several times before and the current staff is the best Ive seen there.

Front desk was so nice. They had a lot to deal with involving other guests who were there because of the Nashville ice storm. Still, they were patient and kind and even found time to look for a shower cap for me.

Janine and her team were phenomenal taking care of all the Nashville residents displaced from the ice storm power outages! Even the dogs were well behaved because everyone was so happy to be warm and fed! Thank you to the entire staff for the warm welcome and hospitality!!
