Staff were awesome; they truly make the hotel what it is. Had an issue with noise in an adjoining room (lady couldn't talk without screeching) and the hotel handled it well. After that it was smooth sailing. Great shuttle to downtown a few times a day. In a nice mid-point area to get around. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn in Nashville. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a good variety of options. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and restaurants. Overall, a solid and hassle-free stay — I’d definitely consider returning.

When I arrived they did not have a room for me because they didn’t have a key to my room. When I finally got a room, the keys didn’t work. Other guests had the same issue. Someone from the hotel had to let us into our rooms. When another guest tried to call Corporate there was no answer. Very disappointed
