The room was good. I had a bad experience with the elevator. My phone fell down the elevator shaft. It got completely busted. No one offered my inconvenience any attention. I was deeply troubled but maintenance went down and retrieved it the next day. The elevator has a huge gap in the floor of the opening. I was at a lost when management didn't offer me any hospitality perks or offer to pay for my lost. Smh. I have to replace my phone. My stay suffered because all my banking needs to buy things was on my phone. I couldn't buy meals, outside services like messages or spa nails and treatments or get cash back without my phone. I was truly feeling lost and abandoned by the hotel helping my out with meals after complimentary breakfast that was apart of hotel stay.

The staff was amazing and accommodated the large amount of people staying for the ice storm. They were all in good spirits, despite having limited staff. The rooms were nice and clean. They had everything we needed for a family of four. Thank you for your hospitality and warmth during a hard time for many Nashvillians!!

I stayed at Hyatt House Nashville Airport for two days after losing power at my home, and I cannot say enough about how incredible the experience was during such a stressful time. From the moment I arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing—patient, kind, and consistently providing exceptional customer service. It truly felt like a home away from home when I needed it most. I want to personally recognize Brooke for maintaining outstanding professionalism and grace, even as the lobby filled with local residents (myself included) seeking refuge from the cold. With many nearby restaurants closed, the bar/restaurant became extremely busy, yet the staff pulled together seamlessly. Every order was taken, every customer was served, and no one was made to feel rushed or overlooked. That level of teamwork was impressive to witness. Breakfast was also excellent, and I was especially touched to overhear staff members checking in with guests to make sure everything met their expectations. In today’s world, it’s rare to see an entire team so genuinely committed to ensuring the comfort and well-being of their guests especially during a difficult and high-pressure situation. Kudos to the entire Hyatt House team for your hard work, compassion, and dedication. You truly made a challenging time easier, and it did not go unnoticed.

Clean, quiet and convenient. Lobby offers food and drinks with a nice social atmosphere. Was able to park our car at the hotel for extended period while out of the country. Shuttle provided ride to and from the airport.

Spacious rooms, clean lobby & dining area. Breakfast options were nice, the staff kept up with every need during the meal. We were able to check in a little early, which was great after our car ride. Our kids wanted to swim in the indoor pool so I reached out to the hotel to confirm it would be open, and they assured me it was up and running. I know it was January, but I would've thought the temperature of the pool would have been raised at some point. We were only able to stay in for a few minutes because it was so cold! Be advised that the parking on site is supposed to be pay-per-day and that cost is not included in the cost or fees of the room. Overall the stay was good! We appreciated the location since it was away from heavier traffic but just a few minutes from lots of activities.
