I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was unacceptable. The room I was given was clearly not cleaned after the previous guest — there were stains on the sheets, trash left behind, and a noticeable musty odor. The carpet was torn in several places, and the furniture looked old and poorly maintained. To make things worse, I noticed bugs in the room, which made it impossible to feel comfortable. The hotel overall feels very outdated and neglected, with hallways that smell damp and poorly lit areas. I reported these issues to the front desk, but nothing was done to address them. For the price I paid, this was completely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Our first room was absolutely disgusting — dirty from the start — and when we woke up the next morning, there were bugs crawling everywhere. I called the front desk right away, and while they did move us, they brushed it off and told us not to be scared of the bugs because they “come in through the AC units.” Excuse me? It’s 2025 — how is this still even a thing? The second room wasn’t much better. There was no hot water, and the front desk was never around to help with anything. It honestly felt like no one cared at all about the guests or the condition of the hotel. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else. This place needs serious attention and management that actually cares.

The staff was especially friendly during check-in. The breakfast was everything we could have hoped for. The room was comfortable and clean. The whole experience felt professional and an excellent value for the cost. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

The room was nice and the staff was wonderful. The way they clean rooms every day. They change your linen if you want them to change it every day. The amenities was great because of the air port transport to and from hotel. I would stay here again

We were left with no hot water for two of the three nights we stayed there and the staff or administration didn't seem to have too much of a resolution for the issue. Front desk seemed somewhat courteous. One more than others. Room was okay and clean.
