Stayed here as a stop over on our drive home from Florida. We weren’t looking for much more than a place to lay our head. We reserved two rooms ( 2 double beds in each room). On our drive there, we received a phone call stating they overbooked double rooms and offered a king bed with sofa bed at a discounted rate. We changed one of our reserved rooms. On arrival, we checked in and were given a key card to a room that had personal belongings in it and the bathroom door was locked (someone maybe inside). We were then given another room. Asked for another pillow at 5pm but were told housekeeping left and no one could give us an extra pillow. Requested water to fill up a water bottle on a hot day and had to pay for the water. Breakfast was good for what it was but I wouldn’t stay here again. We’re not 5 star hotel guests but this was definitely one of the bad ones we stayed at.

Enjoyed stay overall, just seem a bit of run down small details of the room, other than that it was okay one thing for the safe box wasn’t available in the room was quite surprising to me when you’re concerned for your personal valuables to secure!

Our room was very clean! The elevators were a little dirty. But with all the people there I guess it was a little hard to do with all the traffic. The lobby, and breakfast area were clean.
