The room needs to be updated. The carpet had stains throughout and so did our couch. Same thing with the elevator carpet was worn out. The hallway carpet was dirty as well. It’s time for the hotel to remodel.. you are a Hyatt hotel. Your standards are above others and needs to show it.

First off my door to my room didn't lock, so we were supposedly upgraded free of charge but the room we were upgraded to was a single insted of the double I originally booked. Then I ended up being charged more for the room then the inital price.
