Nice but has its negatives

For a he most part the studio apt was nice. Housekeeping left dirty napkins sitting on the counter. The shower handle needs tightened and a drawer in the bathroom was off the track or something. Location wise it is very convenient for the Gulch area. Loved that. You can however hear the train all hours and the upstairs neighbor. The couch and one of the chairs needs a cleaning. It is very spacious!

Nice property and we were comfortable. Only a few small things that kept me from a 5 star review. Bed side lamp would start flickering after a few minutes making it impossible to lay in bed and read. The property amenities states there was a coffee grinder and coffee maker, so we brought a bag of coffee to find out all the unit had was a single serve keurig machine. Other than that the bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Unit was clean and we were able to cook breakfast. I would stay again.

Pretty good place but could be better

It’s a nice apartment, sucks that the door for the outside deck is secured so you can’t go out there. The toilet needs repaired. The floor definitely wasn’t swept/vacuumed before i arrived. Many shops, bars and restaurants walking distance.

Had to call the virtual help desk multiple times. It took me an hour and a half just to check in. Then after I leave I’m told they can’t find a fob which I didn’t use and left right where it was. The sliding door going out to the deck had no lock, so I had no way of securing the apartment while I was gone. Shower was old with grout missing or miscolored.

Nashville Girls Trip

The location was excellent. We were surrounded by now restaurants and the walk to downtown was nice. The Locale people were very helpful and availabie to help when needed. I was not happy with the condition of the shower especially after asking about it based on a review. We were told they were working on it. The amenities were not and described . There was no conditioner and not enough coffee. The beds were very comfortable.

A lot of fun has been had in this place.

Property was conveniently located to many attractions. It was cozy and comfortable. There were some issues. Handles on both the refrigerator and shower were loose. The shower was in disarray. Should be repaired or replaced.

The loft was just right, walkable for breakfast. About 20 STEPS to 2 restaurants, sooo close. And I was able to walk to Broadway where all bars and Hatties B hot chicken. Nice area. Would stay again.

Good location but bathroom was not cleaned well, and shower tiles were all crumbling broken and gross. Found an earlier guest's socks and trash lying around. Fridge water dispenser didnt work. TV not operable as normal tv, only for streaming. Would not stay there again, but at least bed was comfortable.

A great place to stay for solo or couples travelling. Very convenient for walking to bars and restaurants locally or Broadway and Bridgestone Arena are only 10-15 minutes walk. Apartment was big and a nice coffee machine and fridge with ice making. Building also has a lounge area and gym for use. Would recommend highly!

I had stayed at Local before and it was super convenient and nice… However, this time the room was disgusting mold at the windows and smelled like mold the entire time I was there. There was a hairball on the floor. The shower stall was peeling and moldy. They tried to give me a different unit that was equally as bad. Definitely no value for the price you pay.
