We stay several times a year. The room we were giving had roaches and the sink leaked all over the counter. The maids didn’t clean our room. Very disappointed for the cost.

Beautiful hotel. The river is behind it and absolutely beautiful. Staff are wonderful and polite. Only complaint is the coffee pot in our room did not work and we couldn’t get a replacement until the next morning.

We got into our room and I walked on the rug and then went into the bathroom and my tennis shoes on the floor felt slippery. I bent down to feel the carpet and it was wet. We went out and came back I thought maybe it would be dry by then in which it was not in some places it was sopping wet. Went down the next morning and made a complaint to the front desk she said she would reach out to her manager and that she would be able to take $25.00 off of our bill. I checked my credit card did not receive the refund and have not heard anything back from the general manager. I was very disappointed with the room and it also had an odor like they sprayed something in the room for an odor. Still waiting to hear something.

Overall, my experience was good. However, upon arrival, I found that the system had my stay registered for fewer days than I had actually booked, which caused my key card to stop working. I had to go to the front desk, and thankfully, the room had not been entered or cleaned yet. Also, during my stay, housekeeping did not come to clean the room at all. One day, I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels because no one had serviced the room. I expected a more empathetic response from the hotel management regarding these issues. Other than that, the facilities were very good. I do hope to return, as I was there dropping off my son who is now studying at ASU.

I have stated here three times now and usually love it but, it needs an update. Fresh paint, don’t leave the electrical closets open and vacuums out, restock the bar. We arrived on a Thursday and front desk woman was so unfriendly !! She was smiley and friendly to a couple coworkers that came in, but wouldn’t even look at us. Friday morning, new girl was better.

This hotel is always our to-go-to hotel in Natchez. The location is perfect. The staff is super friendly except this time two people working the breakfast buffet weren’t too friendly as if they didn’t want to be there. The man working the buffet was very friendly and helpful. This is our third time to stay. I did have a problem with cleanliness. There were multiple hairs in the bathtub and crumbs in the fridge. One of the elevators made weird noises and could be scary to ride so we avoided that one. We enjoy this place and would stay again.

Room could have been cleaner - tile flooring was sticky and carpet wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Tile in bathroom was chipped and grout was missing in many places. Would not walk barefoot in the bathroom out of fear of cutting feet, but I always bring sandals to wear in hotels anyways. Service was excellent at front desk and breakfast. Hotel is centrally located with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Would stay here again.
