Breakfast was good and parking lot was safe. My first room heater was broken and the second room had a terrible smell coming from the heater. No shower curtain. No microwave. I would not stay here again.

Over priced for what it was. Hidden fees not covered in booking price. Additional amenity fees charged at check out. Complementary breakfast less than stellar. Second floor room. Floor bounced when walked across. Definitely will not stay there again.

A few things about my visit/stay the pricing and room availability is either outdated or inaccurate when booking through expedia (what I used) as I had requested a King bed room listed as river view however it was actually on the opposite side of the building facing away from the river. Next was it seemed like the housekeeping staff or just the hotel staff in general were lazy missing tissue in the bathroom despite there being a bathtub you could only use the shoer as there was no stopper/plug to hold the water in the tub. Lots of little things added up and personally for $120/night plus an extra $20 resort fee its definetly not worth the price. Okay breakfast I guess but super limited options in the buffet.

The Grand hotel is located in a great location. The riverfront was beautifully decorated for Christmas as was the hotel itself. Walking distance from shopping and dining. The staff was friendly and willing to help when needed. The only downfall I found was there was no decaf coffee offered when we went down for breakfast. I will stay here again.

First the good - the staff at the Grand is wonderful. Friendly and helpful with great attitudes. Now the bad - my second floor king river view room was extremely outdated. It had a musty smell, the bathroom door would not close due to an uneven floor, and the toilet seat was loose. The room had a large jacuzzi in the main area of the bedroom, not as part of the bathroom. Weird, but that didn’t cause me to lower my rating. The breakfast was served cafeteria style with limited options. No oatmeal, waffles or anything like that that you see at even Hampton Inn type hotels. All-in-all, I cannot recommend the Grand, even though the staff was wonderful
