Everything went fine but the elevators (2) were not working so we had to take our luggage down via a staircase. I reported it to the front desk but they said they were not aware of the issue. The stairs were carpeted so we managed well. Our biggest issue is that we were on the 2nd floor and above us was a family with a child that continued to run back and forth from 11pm until 1 when I finally called the front desk. Our suggestion is to place families on the ground floor. Also, this place is located next to a nightclub and it was extremely loud if you were staying on the front side of the building - we were not.
