Cleanest room I've ever had; heater didn't wake me during the night (and it was needed in WI in winter); drapes closed completely so I slept well. Breakfast options were good.

The place was clean and the staff was great, but I set the room thermostat to 58 and was still roasting, and the continental breakfast was extremely sparse. Basically waffles, muffins, cereal, and bananas.

We were given the wrong room in the first place. This was after my first and last name were given. Along with my photo ID. The long hallway you take to get to your room is an eery, dirty blue color that is off putting. When we got to our correct room it was clean. For 2026, and the $172 room, a better mattress and maybe a bigger tv was expected. 32 inch tv is small in todays standard. Breakfast was very bad. The waffles tasted sour as can be. Just an overall bad experience. It felt like i was going to a hotel from the 90's.

If you want to stay in a place that looks dirty and the water goes from hot to cold during your shower, this is the place for you. Paper products upon request as they were low on TP and tissues in room when we checked in.

My sister and I arrived to our room and found stains on the bed, it looked like someone had their period on the mattress, there were little black and reddish dots around the edge of the mattress, makeup on the pillow case and the room smelled very musty almost as bad as the hallway smelled. I’m normally not to particularly about my rooms but that was nasty. We talked to the front desk and they moved us to different room, that room wasn’t much better, I found pubic hair on the bed and more stains. We won’t be returning to the Days Inn by Wyndham Neenah.

The gal at the front desk was awesome, very helpful and kind. The room could use a little more TLC but it was clean enough and comfortable. The pool/hottub area is showing its age and could use some attention, but overall our stay was pleasant.

I accidentally booked this stat through Expedia for the wrong date because I failed to confirm the date. they would not refund, after telling me the hotel said they would in full. it was never canceled and the hotel wouldn't cancel it because Expedia needed to, then Expedia said it already was. crazy how you can buy a room and want to chang they date or cancel and somehow its just not allowed? will not use this pos service again lol

The property and facility was great. We didn’t realize we were in an accessible room. It was adjacent to the elevator and the kitchen area so before 6 o’clock there was a lot of noise.
