Extremely basic room, slow internet, tiniest bathroom amenities I’ve ever seen. Didn’t feel particularly ‘safe’ when I was told to make sure we close the door properly behind you when you leave. Tub drain wouldn’t keep water for a bath - front desk was useless in helping to find a solution.

We were on the second floor in a “non-smoking room” yet I can tell you were someone before us put their cigarettes out on the wall in the shower and there was ashes in the bathroom on that lip where tissues are supposed to be, but that was boarded off. Telling people that are smokers that if they want to smoke they should do it on the balcony but they don’t provide ashtrays, nope use a plastic cup with water in it. None of that bothered us what bothered us is this is the first hotel we’ve ever stayed in that didn’t have a coffee pot in the room. A microwave and a mini fridge are in the room, but they’re unplugged so unless you want to play games to use them don’t bother and forget about breakfast that didn’t exist. They should be happy they got 3 stars from us. We don’t travel often and they didn’t change our opinion on that being a bad thing.
