Sink by the micudidnt work, only 1 hot water heater working for whole building, phone in room didn’t work. No pool towels out on days two. But overall room was clean, comfortable and roomy. And staff was nice at checkin! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Breakfast attendant was very very nice and love chatting with her! She is a great addition to your staff!!!

The floors looked like they have not been mopped in awhile The elevator floor was the worst...the breakfast was okay did not seem fresh bagels hard as a rock and they had bananas that were brown that should have gone in the trash. Then 2 guys showed up from the outside just walked in and made their breakfast and just sat there and ate and I know they were not staying there and before they left they made another breakfast plate and left the hotel...family members to someone who worked there? Kinda sketchy. The room were clean just don't understand that they fixed one bed and not the other???

I love that Walmart is right there, and the truck stop. Made it easy to get the items I forgot, and get gad when I left. Very clean, breakfast was excellent, and enjoyed my stay very much.

When we checked in at 9:30 pm after 4 hour drive the water would be shut off at 10 pm for the rest of the night so the bathroom was totally unusable till the next morning. Bathroom had hairs in tub and around different areas in the bathroom. My next thought are the fire sprinklers tied into the same water system that is shut off which would be totally unacceptable. The front desk said the manager would not be in till 8am tomorrow & could discuss at that time. Thanks Mark W
