Sink by the micudidnt work, only 1 hot water heater working for whole building, phone in room didn’t work. No pool towels out on days two. But overall room was clean, comfortable and roomy. And staff was nice at checkin! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Breakfast attendant was very very nice and love chatting with her! She is a great addition to your staff!!!

The floors looked like they have not been mopped in awhile The elevator floor was the worst...the breakfast was okay did not seem fresh bagels hard as a rock and they had bananas that were brown that should have gone in the trash. Then 2 guys showed up from the outside just walked in and made their breakfast and just sat there and ate and I know they were not staying there and before they left they made another breakfast plate and left the hotel...family members to someone who worked there? Kinda sketchy. The room were clean just don't understand that they fixed one bed and not the other???
