GUADALUPE DAZE - SkyRun Texas -omaisuus

Guadalupe Daze on upea neljän makuuhuoneen, 2. 5 kylpy koti alemmalla Guadalupe-joella luonnonkaunis New Braunfels. Hyödynnä kätevä rantayhteys aivan takapihan ulkopuolelle. Joen reunalla on suuri kallioreunus, joka mahdollistaa helpon pääsyn joelle, sekä loistava paikka rentoutua ja nauttia viileistä vesistä. Lähin jokiyhdistelmä varustamaan lautat ja putket on lyhyt 2–3 minuutin kävelymatka kadulle. Valkoisen veden amfiteatteri, River Roadin jäätalo, Gruene Hall, Schlitterbahn ja monet muut ovat nopean ajomatkan päässä hotellista.

Sisältä löydät viihtyisän oleskelualueen, varustetun keittiön, jossa on kaikki ruoanlaittoon ja ruokailuun liittyvät välttämättömyydet, ja henkeäsalpaavan näkymän alla olevalle Guadalupe-joelle. Siellä on myös neljä rentouttavaa makuuhuonetta, jotka antavat ryhmällesi runsaasti tilaa mukavasti kulkea tapoja päivän päätteeksi ja latautua seuraavan päivän seikkailuihin.

This is the second time we’ve had a family vacation at Guadalupe Daze. You cannot beat the location! Our grandchildren are five and eight years old so the natural rock shelf off of the shore is perfect! The river on the other side of the shelf is refreshing and not too deep. Fishing was fun for everyone!

You get what you pay for

This is our 4th year in a row getting a house on the same general area of the Guadalupe River, but this was our least favorite.We will start with the good.The house sits on a great part of the river, has easy access down to the water, and easy access into the water (though maybe some type of dock or pad like others have would be nice). There is a nice porch outside.For inside, the ac works great as well as the hot water. For the negative reviews. We rented right after the tragic flood and tried to cancel. Not because of just the tragedy, but because of all of the debris in the water, water condition, and boil notice in neighboring neighborhoods. The management company refused it, even though Vrbo was going to approve it (no we didn’t get the extra insurance for cancellation). The management company was supposed to keep me up to date on the condition of the roads, water, house etc as we were going to be driving in a day after the flood. They failed to notify me of anything (river conditions, road closures, boil notice of surrounding area). For the house. The beds are subpar, the pillows are god awful, the upstairs is so squeaky. The furniture is completely mismatched and looks like it was picked from different garage sales (as if they were renting to college kids who would care less). The cook ware is subpar. They provided 6 towels and 0 outdoor towels.Because you run this house like a business with no morals, maybe it is time to put some money back into the house.

Perfect River Getaway

Can't beat having the Guadalupe River in your backyard! Loved staying here over Spring Break. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space in this house. Awesome deck overlooking the river. So glad there was water in the river even during this drought. We were able to float in our tubes and do some fishing. Sure enjoyed it & hope to be back this summer!

Comfortable and relaxing

The house is very comfortable. My friends and I spent a relaxing few days by the river. Lots of room for the five of us college buddies who get together for a few days at least once a year. Beds are comfortable, TVs to watch baseball games, sat out on the deck under beautiful trees, great access to the river. The house is a little worn from usage, but nothing broken and everything clean. All necessities are there. Nice location on the river and less than 10 minutes to get to Sattler for groceries, pizza and hamburgers. Rhonda at Vacay Hill Country was very attentive; helped us get an early check in and gave us a phone call to ask if we needed anything.

House was perfect for us (5 adults, 2 kids). Clean and everything worked. We did have one problem that popped up mid-visit but property manager got it fixed right away. One of the best VBRO stays that we have had.

Nice place on the river

This is on the perfect spot for a stay on the river. Although the house is older, it is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen provided enough space to cook for eight. All appliances worked. A big table provided space for boardgames and puzzles. The real treasure of this place is it's setting on the river. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We loved the property and the river views! The house was perfect for the 7 of us to enjoy our thanksgiving, and the kids loved all the outside space and foosball table. Great at Guadalupe

A very relaxing and quiet stay. Near enough to San Antonio and New Braunfels (wedding in NB) but secluded enough for quiet. A few kayakers. Would be fun to come and do that sometime. we only had two vehicles but 3 would definitely max out the parking area. So glad we picked this property.

Great property

It's a great property with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and everything you need to have a great stay. The deck is huge and well-lit for nighttime games or dinner out. Easy access to the river with chairs to carry down as well. Nice place!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Having someone rush onto the property on early Tuesday to take trash cans to curb which we entirely planned on taking out Tuesday evening was a bit unnerving. The house itself needed some work, with cracks in the tile and damage to some walls. Also, the back deck and stairs didn’t look like they had been swept in awhile. There was also a pair of shorts and trash under the beds.
