The property was in need of an upgrade. Electricity went off in our room due to some on site construction. Staff did not give me another room until I walked up to office and asked five times. Poor customer service and I will not stay there again.

When I arrived there were bugs everywhere on the ground outside. When I went in my room, the bugs were in there as well...on the floor, in the sink, tub and toilet. Changed rooms from ground floor to 2nd floor...same thing.....ended up sleeping in my car.

Ask for a room away from I35 if not you hear traffic all night. Room was right for the price. Pancake machine was broken so breakfast was a toast cereal yogurt —kids wanted waffles or pancakes. Easy access to i35 and local amenities

This hotel needs many updates and renovations. Not very clean, several small bugs in the room. The employee I interacted with was nice, but just adequate. I would not return here, even if it was free

I rate this because the area was alright but there were quite a few of homeless people around in the parking lot. Then we found so many bugs cockroaches in our room, and this was very unacceptable. The bathtub kept creaking and it felt like we were about to fall through the tub. Then there was a paper towel covering a hole in the roof of the bathroom. Also our sink got so backed up on our first night.

The staff was fine and the lobby and kitchen area looked very nice. Unfortunately our room was by the stairs and it was loud at night. The room wasn't terrible but could be cleaner and had some thick dust in a few places. The wall by the tub had mold that looks like they tried to treat and there was chipped paint in places. It DEFINITELY needed more plugs that weren't worn out (no USB ports anywhere). I suggest taking a power strip and just managing your expectations. It's a normal motel, the beds were fine and overall it was ok.

Paper Walls and Floors!

To say the walls and floors here were paper thin would be an understatement. The people above us were up late at night. They weren't partying, they weren't being obnoxious. They were just walking around in their room. But the footsteps were so loud in our room. I can't blame the people upstairs, they are allowed to stay up as late as they'd like, but the ceilings shouldn't be so poorly constructed that I have to hear every single footstep. Neighbor conversations I could hear clear as day. Would not recommend.

Nothing the light in the bathroom didn’t work told the front desk but had to replace the light bulb myself the coffee maker did not work got a new from the front desk but the cleaning crew took the part that held the coffee left one that was disposable would not fit the coffee pot so therefore you made a big mess making coffee
