The property charged my credit card directly as well as Expedia. The hotel, then refunded my car when you called but the day after reverse the refund and I still have to fight with them Then I made a reservation at another room and the date got messed up I have not received either one of those credits on my card yet

Worth the price paid. It was a decent place to sleep and shower while visiting. Its right off the interstate so can be a little noisey but wasn't bad. Checking in late was a little weird but over good experience. We slept too late for the breakfast so not sure what that looked like.

We arrived at hotel. Not at all does it look like the photos on expedia. It has a horror movie vive about it. There was a trap door hidden in the bathroom. Door frames were broken away from front door. Mirrors everywhere just felt like we were being watch. We ended up not staying. Went and got a deposit back. And checked out. Was to nervouse to even ask for money back. Would nit recommend.

While the propety and rooms are clean, and staff is Friendly. The rooms are more run down than they appear online, at least the one we were in was. The staff does the best they can with what they have. For a place to sleep for the night its nore than sufficent.

It looked good in the pictures on the website. You get there it’s a different story.. I get to the room walked in. It smelled moly air conditioning in the front was falling out walked in. there was wires and construction debris around.the bathroom light didn’t work.In the shower The fan was hanging down from the ceiling. Curtains were dirty. there was poison around the front of the wall in the corners.furniture had cigarette burns Will not go back there was the worst room I’ve ever been in.

Would never stay again

Bad, smelly, musty rooms. Bugs and flies in the rooms. Bathroom, sink, and shower in bad shape. Worst - rooms did not look like pictures at all. Bed felt wet. Couch had holes in it. Good for those with electric cars - one on-site destination charger (Level 2). I will say that in-room fridge, microwave, TV, coffee maker, etc they are trying to offer better service but unless the quality and cleanliness is addressed, not worth staying for me.

Ceiling was falling down, floor by the sink was very soft, could not close the curtains, found some kind of bug sacs, telephone in room had some kind of black stuff on it.
