When we come to the Hamden Hotel and Suites we always get a room with a Balcony for the view. The Breakfast is good and always kept refreshed

The desk staff and breakfast attendent were so hospitable and helpful. The breakfast itself was well above a standard chain breakfast, that was worth the price of the room alone! The room itself is dated, but passable for a night. Will be back!

The manager harassed my girlfriend because she got lost looking for the elevator. There was a yellow stain on my pillows. I could not get in touch with a single worker at 3am. As if the workers were taking a nap.

The rooms were dirty and smelly. We did not stay, we got another hotel at 11:00 pm. Asked for our money back and they would not give us anything back. Dirty entrance way and extremely disgusting room. Parking lot snowy and icy as well.

we did not have the opportunity to sample breakfast. Room 306, bulb was out in the bathroom, I brought a lamp into the bathroom. Staff responded, we agreed to leave the bathroom as was, The TV in 303 needed to be rebooted, staff responded. Mold in tub area. 306 was suppose to be two beds, was only one. Room was fine and it was late so I let it go. Night Staff was caring and did what they could.
