Ice cold shower and no response from the staff

The hotel room itself is fine. Check in was smooth. In the morning, however, there was no available hot water for showers. When we asked at the front desk, we were told that the lack of hot water was due to the fact that everyone in the hotel was wanting a shower that morning and so there would be no hot water. No compensation was given no explanation given. After an ice cold shower for all three of us, we were quite glad that we had chosen not to stay the next night The front desk also was unable to make keys and had to have the cleaning staff take people to their rooms to let them in.

The Haitian church services run constantly in the conference room. They’ve got sunrise services, they’ve got 11PM services, and everything in between. The thump of the base takes you back to 90’s Compton. Stay away!

So many hotels don't have a fan in the bathroom and it fogs up. There was a fan that worked, and it didn't rattle. Aside from the mini fridge not being level and causing items to come out, the room felt warm and inviting.

The staff was amazing. Night and day shift. Accommodating to my needs as a nurse on disability with active IVs in my arm. Assistance with luggage, friendly, I didn’t want to leave. Food was stellar.
