A number of our guests were there for a funeral, there were quite a few younger ones who were pretty noisy and the hotel did not give us a difficult time. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality and patience

Overall the room was clean and comfortable with two small exceptions. The lighting over the sink is dim. I prefer more lighting to wash, shave and apply makeup. The mattress although comfortable slid around on the box spring. Other than that the room was good.

The room is dated and needs an upgrade to remain Marriott quality. The furniture is chipped and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. It was very convenient for my needs and relatively clean. Somewhat fairly priced given the condition. I stayed at a Residence Inn nearby in Hamden and it was MUCH better. Pick that one if you can!! I will next time but it was booked already this time.

Good value and nice hotel near New Haven.

The staff were absolutely amazing. One night desk clerk even gave me his own quarters for the washing machine. The hotel is lovely, well situated ahd very comfortable.
