The room was terrible!!! The elevators didn't work so instead of floor 8 we were put in room 203 which was the worse. It looked out onto a parking lot, but had a large light that burned into the room so you had to keep the curtains closed. The shower, toilet and the bathroom was terrible, Nothing about the room was nice. I have never stayed in a place this bad. I was told that Hotels.com knew that the hotel was going through renovations. You should be ashamed! And it cost $320/night!!!!

Under construction, with problems for us

(1) We paid full price, but the hotel was under major construction - a mess. (2) We arrived early and asked to check our bags until check in. They were unable to do that, and we had to go to our activities for the day with all of our luggage. (3) When we went out to dinner, the elevators were broken. We had to climb down from the 7th floor and were late for dinner.

It was terrible. The room was disgusting. The hallways reeked of marijuana. The lobby was under renovations, but it was a mess. The room was very very creepy. The couch loveseat was so disgusting. I put my clothes on the floor instead of putting them on that chair cable did not work Not even the local channels. The crazy thing about it is they should ask you made your stay. How was your day?

The hotel is under extensive renovation, and we were not told about this when we made the reservation. Everything about the place is in a half-finished state; there isn't even a front desk. The rooms are shabby with a broken sink and a stained bathtub. The room had bare floors, old, damaged furniture, and a subpar bed. Not what I expected from a Quinta.

Arrived late and no staff for 25+ minutes. Unsafe, unsavory people in the building or right outside, smells of marijuana. Super bare minimum interior with peeling paint, shoddy furniture, hard box bed… if not, for the fact that we were there so late, and there were no other hotels in the area we would not have stayed because it was sketchy
