Very budget. Beds were very worn. A couple front desk staff (night) were quite rude to our son with disabilities. Zero fridge and only a community microwave. No shampoo or conditioner. Very budget/basic. Hallways smelled of weed. ((We are a family that does not hold our standards high))

Reason for my ratings being subpar are due to the current conditions of construction and the timeliness of it. Once everything is done the motel will easily increase its overall value, just through a simple renovation. Staff are always more than accommodating to their guests and try to work with them the best they can. (Sheila, Aneisha, Kyle, night staff, even manager Glori)
