Check in was horrible. There was NO ONE there. We rang the bell, rang the bell, rang the bell, rang the bell, rang the bell sooooo many times and no one came. If I didn't already have a reservation I would have left. We waited for 20 minutes for this lady to finally come out. Second issue is the entry road is behind another hotel and the entry is all cracked up with big bumps and potholes that y'all need to fix. That's just ridiculous. Third, it's unprofessional to have a staff meeting in front of guests in the breakfast area esp when you talk so loud.

Front desk clerk should not be smoking right at the front door of the hotel. Both mornings the front desk Clerk was watching video on her phone super loud. And cereal the breakfast bar needs to be daily because I just sit there getting stale. What about good things? Quiet, quiet, convenient, comfortable.
