Boutique-mökki - minuutin päässä Sunapee-järvestä ja Sunapeen vuorelta

Tervetuloa King Hill -mökkiin! Oleskele boutique-mökissämme Sunapee-järven alueen sydämessä. Se on lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Sunapee-järvestä, Mount Sunapeesta ja New Lontoon keskustaan. Lyö rinteitä, viettää päivä järvellä tai lukea kirjaa kannellamme nautittaessa auringonlaskusta.
King Hill -mökki on ylellisesti uusittu ja ammattimaisesti suunniteltu räätälöity koti, jossa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Suuri huone koostuu avoimesta ja valoisasta keittiöstä ja olohuoneesta, jossa on holvikatot ja paljaat palkit, jotka sopivat täydellisesti viihdyttämiseen loman aikana.
Keittiössä on uudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja graniittiset. Keittiön saarella on oma erillinen juomajääkaappi ja baarituolit, jotka sopivat täydellisesti keräämiseen. Olohuoneessa on kaasutakka, viihdekeskus 65 tuuman LCD-televisiolla ja Sonos-äänijärjestelmällä. Lisäksi on pieni baarialue, jossa on vielä 2 baarituolia toista oleskelualuetta varten.
Tässä kodissa on erillinen lasten nurkka, jossa on taulutelevisio, pavutukituolit ja hauska parvi.
Makuuhuone on makuualueiden kohokohta holvikattoineen, paljain palkkineen, upea kattokruunu ja king-vuode. Ylellisessä päällikkökylvyssä on liukuva navettaovi, kaksinkertainen pesuallas-turhamaisuus, lasisuljettu suihku kivilattialaatoilla ja holvikatot. Laatatyöt tässä kylpyhuoneessa ovat mahtavia. Toisessa ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on molemmissa holvikatot ja queen-vuode. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sijaitsevat toisessa kylpyhuoneessa mitä tahansa pesutarpeitasi varten.
Etuoven ulkopuolella on kansi, josta on näköala lempeille mäkille, joka on täydellinen paikka nauttia auringonlaskusta suosikkijuomaasi. Nauti myös takapihalla sijaitsevasta terassista, jossa on graniittipolttoaukko, joka sopii erinomaisesti iltapaloihin ja rentoutumiseen ulkona. Maisemoitu tontti ei petä. Tämä koti on moitteeton ja täydellinen paikka seuraavalle vierailullesi Sunapee-järven alueelle!
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Lake Sunapee. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Wonderful spot for family trip

We had a lovely stay at the King Hill Cottage, and loved being so close to the cute town of New London. The house had everything we needed, the layout was perfect for three generations of family, including a little loft and hang out space underneath that our toddler absolutely loved (and claimed as "his loft!") The fire pit area at the back of the house added a great space for the family to relax. We would absolutely rent again!

Overnight stay at King Hill Cottage

My family stayed overnight at this cottage prior to skiing at Mount Sunapee, which is close by. The cottage is very clean and cozy and had ample space for five adults. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice house for our ski weekend

We enjoyed our stay at King Hill Cottage! Perfect for three couples. We had plenty of room to hang out and play games. Not too far from Mount Sunapee and close to restaurants and grocery store. The house was clean and comfortable. The host provided great communication and house instructions. Highly recommend

Perfect Cottage-Perfect Location

The King Hill Cottage was the perfect place for us to visit NH. It's convenient to Dartmouth, Quechee, and Manchester. The cottage was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. It was well appointed with a great kitchen, close to nice restaurants, the lake and easy access to the highway. It is in a rural area and is very quiet. We couldn't have been happier. Highly recommend!

Wonderful ski weekend!

Our family had a lovely three nights stay at this cottage in New London while skiing Mount Sunapee for the weekend. The cottage is nicely furnished and decorated and very comfortable for a family of five, and could house more people as well. The bedding is comfortable and the master suite in particular is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. We cooked two nights in the cottage, and went out to dinner the third night. The cottage is 15 minutes drive from Mount Sunapee, and about 7 minutes from Main Street New London. The area around the lake is beautiful. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Would definitely return.

Peaceful and serene

We had a great stay at King Hill Cottage. We were dropping off our daughter at Dartmouth and visiting some friends in New London and doing some hiking. Great location. Short drive to New London, close to 89 and Sunappee. The house is beautiful, super clean and comfortable. Loved the clean and simple decor. It was hard to leave.

A Perfect Wedding Weekend Stay

Our 6 family members stayed two nights for a wedding weekend. We all agreed that the it was the perfect house in the perfect location. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful weekend together. We appreciated the very clean house in just the right spot for all of our wedding activities. Although we didn't do any cooking beyond morning coffee we could see that there was anything we might need. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. We appreciated having all of the linens and towels provided. We could arrive without a worry. We would definitely recommend this property and if ever traveling to the New London area again we will definitely stay here again.

I booked this property for a girls getaway (bachelorette). The house is beatifully decorated and it was spotless. Figuring out the TV was a pain but the managers helped us out. I would suggest they have printed instructions for that.

Perfectly appointed cottage to serve as a base for activities near New London and Lake Sunapee. Sparkling clean with modern amenities. And the outdoor fire pit was spectacular. We will be back.
