We specifically asked them not to clean our room be cause the first day a debit card came up missing. Fine no problem we can lock it and order another one. The next day my laptop, $250 and craft supply was missing. There was a huge language barrier and the manager wasn’t there and wouldn’t be there til 2pm

Here’s the deal, it was extremely affordable. But you get what you pay for. Wasn’t the nicest, but the bedding was clean. Staff was extremely nice. When I checked in, I discovered my shower, did not have a showerhead. I checked in very late. I let the front desk know the next day while I was out they installed a new showerhead and it was greatly appreciated.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. But the property was very run down and the neighborhood was sketchy. Our room had holes in the walls and the sink was broken. Actually, wrapped the handle to the base by tape. There is also no elevators for the top floor, so had to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs was not fun. We didn't have the time or energy to find something else so just made due. The only reason it's getting a 3 and not a 1 was the staff. They were extremely nice.

I didn’t feel safe there our room was on the second floor closest to the street there there is a set of stairs that leads to a side exit this door doesn’t lock. We went to our car late there was a man with a crack pipe asking us if we had weed. He was high or intoxicated. Anyone can wander in the hotel because that door doesn’t lock. There is a key reader but the door is broken.

Appalling sh*thole

Crack heads hanging around in the car park. Derelict and dodgy housing directly outside. The manager asked for my debit card pin infront of a lobby full of people including two discussing how to get cellphones into prison. We left and found somewhere else. Hands down the worst hotel experience ever and I have stayed in shack in part of Africa with no running water. I have never felt so unsafe. DO NOT GO HERE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Literally sleep in your car if this is the only option.
