Love this little gem!!! Staff is so nice and helpful. Room is super cozy and quiet. The outdoor area is so beautiful .......I just want to hangout there all day and night.

We really liked our stay at the French Market Inn in New Orleans. We especially loved the inside courtyard which was very quiet and serene. My son used the pool and it was a great place to sit and get away from the noise and people in the French Quarter. The only thing I didn't like was that everyone was smoking outside and you could smell it when sitting in the courtyard. Maybe they could have a designated smoking area. The room was fine but the bathroom was a little outdated. I would stay here again if I was on the upper floors because we were on the ground floor and it was sometimes noisy at night. The staff was very nice and very accommodating bringing us extra towels and pillows. Great introduction to the historic city of New Orleans!

We've stayed at this hotel before and love the location. It's close to everything you'd want to do in the quarter and still not far from Frenchmen Street which has good live music. The pool is pretty small, but it's in a very nice courtyard. The room had a refrigerator and coffee maker.

In the heart of the French quarter of New Orleans and near all that’s happening along the river, this location serves in my opinion as the best spot in town. It’s quiet and a sweet little hidden gem with beautiful features from the 1700’s that any history buff would appreciate. We spent many occasions returning to our hotel just to sit by the pool. When traveling it’s not a common practice of ours but we enjoyed the privacy of the courtyard and the esthetics of our room. If I had to recommend a top place to stay near all the things you’d want to enjoy and see in New Orleans it would be the French Market Inn. Family friendly and close to carriage rides, restaurants, festivals, pharmacy, the main pavilions and cute little shops and antiques. We will definitely be retuning again.
