The first room that my family and I was assigned to had dirty floors. It was like the housekeepers poured corn syrup and brake oil on the floors. My mother is 74 and almost slipped. Fortunately,the front desk assigned us to a different room. I recommend management to do a quality check of their rooms before they assign them to their guests. Might save them a lawsuit down the line.

My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn New Orleans-French Quarters. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the ac worked very well, and it was very easy to call the front desk with questions or concerns. The hotel was in walking distance to Canal St., Jackson Square, and the River walk. It was very accessible to restaurants,

The breakfast was good everday and fresh. what i didnt like when asked for hand soap, we never received it but was always promised they will deliver it. we suspect it had none their on the property or they were spearing it. in my friends room they needed bath soap they refilled but not completely and the custodian told them they were waiting for a shipment. front desk staff some where really kind but their was a white male who at checking explained nothing.

I like this property is close proximity to Super Dome and Canal Street. .This hotel is walkable to several restaurants! I stayed on the 6th Floor for a few days. Shower can't beat and bed felt great. Peyton (front desk) was extremely helpful as I had many questions lol

The food was good. Room was decent, but the bed was uncomfortable. Housekeeping came one day when I was gone, made the bed with the same linen. New towels and toilet paper and that was it. Next day pillowcases and sheet changed. Washer has mold. Again the food was good and great location
