Location was good. Short walk (15 mins or less) to convention center or the French quarter. It was close to the highway so it was a little loud at night. Room was small but fine. Water pressure was really low in the shower. The breakfast in the mornings was nice and the lady that was taking care of that was super nice. All in all I’d stay there again.

Room wasn’t well kept. AC didn’t work so they moved us into a TINY room without a window. The blinds in the bathroom were falling down. No water pressure. Breakfast wasn’t good- burned rolls.

We booked our rooms 6 months in advance. We checked in and went to our rooms. One of them had someone else in it already. They double booked it. We were moved from a room with two queens which was needed because of the number of family members to a room with one queen. They did not offer a roll away bed to help accommodate the size of the family so some of them had to sleep on the floor. There was no reduction in price offered either. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they would have to call one, but they can't do that on the weekend. It was a very frustrating and uncomfortable stay.

The room had surfaces that were sticky and dried up corn on them with mold in the shower as well. But, the worst part was a roach crawling across the table as we eating breakfast.

Facility is run down. Room was in poor shape. Door looked like it had been forced open. Didn’t close right. Safety catch was lose with a screw gone. Missing a shade on the window which let in light from the parking lot all night long. Carpet was in bad shape as well.
