Upon checking in (Room 316) I was very disappointed. My room had no telephone, the curtains were tacked down into the wall and the other window had a blind that was so broken, light could not come through, this was very unsafe and unacceptable. I communicated with the front desk with my cell phone. The bathroom shower was molded and I made several complaints upon arrival. The next day, I called the front desk with my cellphone (again) to see if anything could be done and they moved my room (Room 701). I was very inconvenienced for 24 hours.

Had a bit of miscommunication between the type of room I booked vs what we were provided. Mariah at the front desk was so very sweet and patient and she worked very hard to make things right! We had a great time and her customer service went a long way to making a potentially uncomfortable/frustrating stay, just perfect for us. Thank you Mariah.

I Dana’ DEMAND FULL REFUND I WAS SCAMMED WHOLEHEARTEDLY UPON CHECKING IN AFTER DRIVING OVER 10 hours for rest the first room I was given sealing was leaking steady water from the upper room customer service gave us another room where with mildew smelled hiring study n the toilets didn’t flush went back to customer service who tools is third parties no communication so all in about 15 minutes at 100 in the am Dec 1 after playing 45 for parking n 100 for a double queen standard I was back on the road heading east for home another 10 plus hours making out to Mississippi to sleep at a rest area for two hours, so not welcome first ever horrific experience with Holiday Inn express you should be Sean and the artist district of New Orleans. All you guys should be shot and probably tented and fumigated. United States, Marine Corps, veteran disabled Navy veteran disabled way to treat America.

So-so. Santize rhe bath curtain that wreaked of mildew, place the mucrowave on an accessible area, put a bed cover on the bed, train housekeeping and reception on common courtesy and basic communication skills, offer fresh fruit instead rotten fruit.

The staff at the hotel was horrible at night but it was one staff member from the day shift was the best she would be the reason I stay at the hotel again I hate I can’t remember her name. I didn’t like that it wasn’t no breakfast on 11/28/2025 or 11/29/2025 then the water didn’t get hot and I was in room 324 the morning of 11/30/2025 room 322 someone was knocking on the wall at 8 something in the morning I was woke up out my sleep from it other than that I would stay here again I love the location the hotel is in. Please get the gate fixed and why pay for valet parking when I had to park my on car that was a big NO for me. I loved the bunk bed❤️

Staff are very professional and friendly, particularly Adam and Charmaine. The cleaning staff did not come and clean our room. They only came to empty the garbage, made our bed and bring towels because we requested, otherwise, I don't think they would have come. The breakfast buffet was great .We love the location because of its close proximity to the WWII museum. It's a walking distance to french quarter and bourbon street.

The staff at the front desk were friendly, but the room left a lot to be desired. About halfway through my stay, the AC started leaking. It was repaired, but the maintenance worker(s) left bits of plaster all over the floor. I spoke to two different people about it, and they told me it would be cleaned up. It was not. I'm fairly certain that my room wasn't vacuumed at all during my stay; I dropped a little bit of powdered sugar from a beignet on my first night, and a week later when I checked out, it was still there. My trash was not emptied for five days; I brought leftovers from dinners back to my room to eat for breakfast the next day, and by the time I checked out, both the bathroom and the room trash cans were overflowing. The hotel is conveniently located; it's a block away from the WWII museum and a ten minute walk to the convention center.
