GREAT GREAT LOCATION! Room is clean and has ample space. Staff is above and beyond! Only complaint is the bathroom layout. It's an open door layout and when you shower to you drench the entire bathroom! You also have to straddle the toilet or stand in the shower to open the door. Overall, good stay

Our stay was what you’d expect of a holiday inn .

My suite was nice until we found a funny smell coming fr the carpet . The shower doesn’t have door so the floor constantly got soaked . Other than that the room was fine you go in the hotel to go to an outside room it was interesting having a large suitcase going down the stairs however everyone was friendly . If you’re going take a water bottle they have a water machine in the lobby . Oh if you plan on going to the restaurant get there early it seemed like they were understaffed we went twice and both times we didn’t get seated . They did hold our luggage after check out which was nice

The place is a bit dated but it is in the French quarter and convenient to the shopping and dining areas. There were some older carpets and a stain or two in the hallways, but other than that it was a very nice place to stay and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

We enjoyed our trip to New Orleans. Balcony was amazing. Beds were amazing air conditioning system was really loud and Ricky sounding we had breakfast included. We didn’t get to eat breakfast the first day because there was no sitting room and somebody said the manager called out that day so we ate breakfast elsewhere. The next day we came for breakfast Service was slow but OK food was good but if I return to this hotel, I would not get breakfast included I would just go eat breakfast elsewhere,

Would Not Recommend - Disappointing Stay from Start to Finish My experience at this hotel was terrible from the moment I arrived. The bathroom was disgusting. There were random hairs all over the sink, floor, and shower. My room itself showed significant wear and tear and felt far from clean or well maintained. The front desk staff were among the rudest I’ve ever encountered. There was zero greeting at check-in or check-out, and they appeared visibly annoyed when I asked basic questions like why I was being charged an additional $180 upon arrival and about late night dining options (my flight was delayed, so I checked in late). When I went to check out, the clerk acted completely inconvenienced that I approached the desk and didn’t even ask how my stay was. To top it off, when I shared my concerns via text with the hotel relations representative, their response wasn’t even complete, it literally cut off mid sentence. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely not recommend this property to anyone.

Hotel was nice and close to everything. The only thing we didn't like is the front desk staff wasn't very friendly. There was also a resort fee which I didn't understand. Parking was also expensive.
